Publish With The Student Sphere
Submission/Formatting Guidelines
To ensure academic integrity, clarity, and consistency across disciplines, The Student Sphere requires that all submitted manuscripts adhere to the following submission and formatting guidelines. Manuscripts that do not comply may be returned for revision prior to peer review.

I. Manuscript Submission Requirements

Authors must upload a complete manuscript file prepared according to the specifications below.​

Formatting Standards

Citation Style: MLA, APA, or Chicago (consistent use throughout the manuscript is required)
-
Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
-
Spacing: Double-spaced throughout, including references
-
Margins: Standard 1-inch margins on all sides
Required Sections
At minimum, manuscripts must include the following sections. Additional sections may be included as appropriate to the discipline.

Conclusion (optional but strongly recommended)

Figures and Tables
-
Figures must be embedded within the manuscript at appropriate points.

All figures must also be uploaded as separate files in the designated section of the submission form.

Figures, tables, and graphs must be clearly labeled and referenced in the text.

Length
-
Manuscripts should be concise and focused.
-
Total length should be under 7,000 words, excluding references.
Anonymity for Peer Review
-
All identifying author information must be removed from the manuscript file prior to submission.
-
This includes names, institutional affiliations, acknowledgments, and self-identifying references.
II. Title Page Submission
A separate title page must be uploaded using the journal’s provided template.
The title page should include:

Manuscript title

Author name(s)

Institutional affiliation(s)

Corresponding author contact information
This file will not be shared with reviewers.

III. Recommended Style Guidelines
To maximize clarity and the likelihood of publication, authors are strongly encouraged to follow the recommendations below.

Units

Use SI units whenever possible.

Units must be clearly defined in the text, figures, tables, and graphs.
Abbreviations

All abbreviations must be defined at first use.
-
Excessive or unnecessary abbreviations that detract from readability should be avoided.
IV. Compliance
Submission of a manuscript implies that the work is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscript meets all ethical and formatting standards prior to submission.
Editorial Process
The Student Sphere operates according to a standard, double-blind peer review system. Manuscripts are thoroughly reviewed by our qualified team of editors, reviewers, and mentors.

Step 1 - Write Your Manuscript
Finalize your article and ensure that it adheres to the basic guidelines outlined above. Prepare a title page complete with all necessary identifying information.

Step 2 - Submit Your Work
The Student Sphere is currently accepting submissions until March 31st, 2026. To submit, please refer to the link below.

Step 3 - Initial Review
Our editors will perform a preliminary technical check of your submissions. If minor issues are present, we will ask you to make revisions. Significant outstanding issues may lead to rejection at this stage.
Authors will be notified of preliminary decision within 15 business days after initial submission

Step 4 - Peer Review
Peer reviewers designated to each discipline will thoroughly analyze submissions. Authors may be contacted with questions or clarifications during this time. After peer review, authors will receive a decision via email.
Final decisions will be issued on April 25th, 2026
​
Step 5 - Publish​
The Student Sphere publishes issues on a triannual basis. If an article is officially accepted before an issue's deadline, the article will be published in that issue on our website. Authors will be asked to sign a standard publishing agreement.
